Proposal for the high-tech factories, laboratories and research facilities for Jurong Technology Corporation. Main design feature include a terracotta facade, which is in line with JTC’s larger “Clean Tech” masterplan.

BCA Academy PPVC/ APVC

Green technologies are incorporated into the design of the building, taking into consideration precast and timber construction methodology such as PPVC, APVC, MET for the education arm of the Building Construction Authority

Public Utility Board Office A&A

A&A to Public Utility Board’s office, which incorporates
“Active, Beautiful, Clean” water features such as bioswales, and rainwater catchment. Main design feature include a central cascading landscape feature.
