Acted independently to initiate development of the project, and executed presentation for high quality feasibility study decks;
Worked in collaboration with design team, client, consultants, and regulatory agencies to develop the various urban design guidelines for parcels within the Masterplan.
Part of design team to develop the 16 tower blocks and communal urban spaces, incorporating elements such as NPark’s “Forest Fringe” and HDB’s “Urban Corridor”.
